Brett Farmiloe Expert Q&A
“Make Better Release, Delay, or Cancel Calls for Product Launches and Campaigns”
“A 72-hour ‘damage window’ is the checkpoint that’s shaped the hardest calls. If a known risk could hurt customer trust, brand search, refunds, or support load for more than about three days after launch, that’s a delay; if the harm can’t be contained with a workaround or a staged rollout, that’s a cancel.”

CMO Times Expert Q&A
“How to Choose a Trustworthy Marketing Attribution Baseline for Planning”
“When reports conflict, trust experiments over models. Channel dashboards each flatter the team that built them, so we anchored planning to a small set of incrementality holdouts: geo splits and audience holdbacks that show what happens when a channel goes dark.”

“AI in Marketing Attribution: Success Stories and Key Lessons”

“Are US Businesses Too Reliant On Third-Party AI Infrastructure?”

CustomerRelations.io Expert Q&A
“Make Customer Executive Reviews Count with CRM-Driven Agendas”

CIO Grid Expert Q&A
“Tame Shadow IT in the Enterprise: Enable Speed Without Hidden Risk”

COO Insider Expert Q&A
“Deciding When Automation Is Worth It in Operations”
“The calculation most teams run is too narrow. They count time saved against cost of tooling and call it ROI. The number that actually matters is the fully loaded cost of transition: the productivity dip during rollout, the shadow processes people build to work around the tool, the trust deficit when the automation misbehaves, and the institutional knowledge that leaves quietly with the people whose roles changed.”
